SACRAMENTO — Governor Gavin Newsom will today sign the California “Momnibus” Act, SB 65 by Senator Nancy Skinner (D-Berkeley), to improve infant and maternal health, especially for families of color.
The Governor will be joined in the virtual signing ceremony by First Partner Jennifer Siebel Newsom, members of the Legislature and advocates.
