Governor Schwarzenegger has signed the following two bills:
AB 963 by Assemblymember Anthony Adams (R-Hesperia) - Golf carts.
AB 1100 by Assemblymember Ira Ruskin (D- Redwood City) - Portable gasoline containers: safety cans.
