Gov. Schwarzenegger Announces Framework to Bring Accountability to Challenged Schools
The Governor joined Superintendent of Public Instruction Jack O’Connell to announce their recommendations to improve 97 districts that have persistently failed to meet the goals of the federal No Child Left Behind (NCLB) Act.
